Montreal Third Place is a community-led initiative based in Montreal, helping students and recent graduates navigate the transition from school to work in the age of AI.We explore how AI is changing hiring, employability, confidence, networking, and early-career opportunities through conversations, events, and collaborative workshops.Our goal is to create a supportive third place where young talent can learn, connect, build confidence, and prepare for the changing world of work.

Meet the Founder
Niloufar Pilghoush is the Founder and Project Lead of Montreal Third Place.
With a background in software engineering, Agile delivery, and product development, she created Montreal Third Place to help students and recent graduates better navigate the transition from education to an AI-enabled job market.Her work focuses on bringing together students, employers, mentors, and community partners to turn career challenges into practical conversations, collaborations, and opportunities.
